No credit will be given for pre or post effective dates, and no exceptions will be made if the number falls below the qualifying membership total. Bonus will be paid at $25k per month for 4 preceding months following the 120 day period after the qualifying membership count is confirmed, verified, and paid for. All qualifying memberships sold in June, July, or August 2026 must remain in place for an entire 120 days to be eligible, and prior or post sales do not count toward the qualifying membership totals. This bonus applies to Healthshare sales only (dental-only sales excluded from the count). All memberships must be paid for and active at the end of the 120th day.
