April is National Stress Awareness Month

April is National Stress Awareness month. Learning to cope with our stress and finding healthy ways to deal with these situations can go a long way in living a healthy and positive life.

Did you know that after your initial 90 day waiting period, you have 8 mental health visits per family, with your netWell membership that are shareable with your own counselor or therapist. Each visit is shareable up to $40.00 with no visit fee or application to your Member Commitment Portion.

Here are 2 quick, basic ideas to help you cope with stress:

1. Take care of yourself: eat healthy, exercise regularly, give yourself a break and ensure you are getting enough sleep.

2. Share your problems and how are feeling/coping with a family member, friend, doctor, pastor, or counselor.
